We love the creativity of this community and are incredibly grateful for the amazing fan art you share. By uploading your artwork here, you agree to the following terms:

• Original Creation: You confirm that you are the original creator of this artwork and that it does not infringe on any third-party copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property.

• Commercial Permission: By submitting your art, you grant store.destiny.gg and its affiliated brands a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, reproduce, and sell the artwork across merchandise, branding, and promotional materials.

• Voluntary Submission: We review all submissions carefully, but uploading does not guarantee your artwork will be selected for use. Unless a separate written agreement is established, your submission is entirely voluntary and uncompensated.

• Artist Credit: If your artwork is selected for official merchandise or branding, we will make reasonable efforts to credit your provided username or handle where appropriate.
