We want you to love your Destiny Merch! If your order arrives defective, don’t worry—we’re here to make it right.

Please email us at merch@destiny.gg within 7 days of receiving your order, and we’ll arrange a replacement as quickly as possible. Make sure to contact us before sending anything back, so we can ensure the process goes smoothly.

Since our items are custom made, we’re not able to accept returns or offer refunds for reasons other than a verified defect. We appreciate your understanding and support of our unique products.
